Prices 2024

Our prices are inclusive of towels and linen as well as the City Tax. 

As we only rent our apartment directly to our guest, you will not have to consider additional agency fees.

360,- for up to 2 people 

60,- for each additional adult,

children under 16: 30,-, childr. under 2: free 

120,-  for up to 2 people

20,- for each additional adult,

children under 16: 10,-, children under 2: free

 

*During the german holiday season and at public holiday times we only accept bookings of a minimum of 7 nights.

 

Cancellation policy:

up to 8 weeks before arrival - no fees payable

8 to 3 weeks before arrival - 50% of rental price

within 3 weeks of arrival - 80% of rental price

 

For bookings during the german holiday periods, a down payment of 20% of the total rental price is payable by money transfer within two weeks of the booking confirmation.

Refund rules according to our cancellation policies.

Children younger than 2 years are welcome to stay free of charge in their own carry cot.

Should we have a changeover of guests in one day, the apartment will not be available before 4pm on arrival, or after 11am on departure.

 

We kindly ask smokers to use the terrace and not smoke inside the appartment.

Sorry, we do not accommodate pets.

 

Please pay cash for your acommodation upon arrival.
